What if I forget my password?
Go to the login screen of craftstressaway.com. Click on Forgot password link under the Login button
You should receive a prompt that the reset email link has been sent to your email...so check it there. Check your spam folder as well. Once located, simply follow the rest link.
When can I expect my monthly Craft stress away box?
Your payment will be drafted on the 1st of every month. Boxes will be packed and shipped on or around the 15th of the month. If you sign up after the 1st, your first box will be the following month.
Is there a commitment or can I cancel at anytime?
There is no long-term commitment. We hope you love your boxes! If you need to pause or cancel your subscription, simply log into your account and request to pause or cancel. PLease note, cancelations or account pauses must be received before the last day of the month or you will be charged.
There are no refunds once you have been billed.
What if an item is broken or damaged?
We package everything with loving care, but sometimes things happen. Please send us a picture of the damaged item within 10 days of receipt so we can either replace it or send a substitute. There is no exchanges after this time and there are no refunds.
